Educational Courses

We offer a few different courses. Each course is available individually or there are package deals as well. Courses are offered on demand which is great for those with busy schedules or want to take the course at your own pace.
I highly recommend if you have a history/family history of mental health disorders, please take the Emotional Wellness course so you are prepared for what may happen, if you need to get help and when to get help, and what resources are available to you. The New Parenting course will only briefly go over a summary of these mood and anxiety disorder but not to the extent of someone who is more prone to this.
When you sign up for any course, you will automatically have access to the virtual support group. This is available for you up to 12 months postpartum. Support groups are about normalizing and validating your emotions and what you are going through with your baby. They are great for tips, tricks, and self care ideas.
With your purchase, you will also have access to an online platform where you are able to ask questions, respond to other questions or comments, and communicate with other members of the community. This community is where you will have access to your online course(s) and be able to see when the support groups are meeting. This is available through and app as well as through your desktop.

What if I know nothing about a baby?
You're doomed! Just kidding, that's the point of the class! To help everyone on a wide spectrum of baby exposure.
How do I see if my insurance will cover the classes?
Call the customer service number on the back of your card and ask them if they will cover a newborn education class. They may ask for a diagnostic or procedure code: Newborn Care (Parenting) Class (S9444).
Can I take this if I'm struggling with my perinatal depression now?
You can, but please know these courses are for educational purposes only and are not a replacement for professional help. Please check out my individual sessions if that is something you are looking for.
What if I don't understand something in the lesson?
We have an online community where you are able to reach out with any and all questions related to the topic. I do my best to answer questions within the business day but peers have the ability to answer as well!
Does this go over the birthing process?
No! This is for the 12 month postpartum experience for you, your family, and baby. If you are interested in birthing education try asking your local OB/GYN for birthing classes.
Do I get 1:1 time with you?
You always have the option to email me with any questions that come up while you are watching the course. If you would like to schedule individual time, check out my coaching option here
